Joe outlined his stance on the Issues.
Schools, Schools, Schools, and Schools.

"It's time to stop the finger-pointing and insults and find the solutions." Joe states in his opening remarks to the convention.

"The commissioners have not allocated local funds to build a school since 1995. The last schools built in Wayne County came from the State School Bond in 1996."

Joe went on to point out that some of our schools are over 50 years old.

This Month's Issue

SCHOOLS

Although we all understand that we must provide for all of our county needs:

Current plans call for spending over

50 Million Dollars for a new jail
30 Million Dollars for a senior center
40 Million Dollars for a new Health Building

while our children are taught in mobile classrooms. Some of our schools are up to 50% over capacity.

We can all agree that our children's education should come before criminals.

Wrong Voice...Wrong Vision....Wrong Priorities....

It's time to elect a NEW VOICE for District 6 on the Board of Commissioners in Wayne County.
